Terms and Conditions

I aim to provide the best possible service to all of my clients new and old. To do this I ask that you please consider the following when looking to make an appointment.

* All treatments are by appointment only.

*Arriving late for your appointment may lead to appointment time being reduced.

* A 50% deposit will be required for all new client bookings. This would be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation, with at least 48 hours notice.

* Please allow 5-7 days for refunds to be processed, thank you

*48 hours cancellation notice is required please to give me chance to book and help another client.
*Cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will be charged at full price on the day of treatment. This can however be redeemed against another booking made within 14 days. 

*extra cancellation fee  charge to help with costs of room hire  £7 -£10 depending on treatment time.

*I will now only offer treatments to males if they have been recommended by someone I know.

*I offer professional massage services, inappropriate messages will be dealt with in a professional manner.
